Microsoft 365, Azure & Cybersecurity Services
MSAdvance organizes its Microsoft Cloud services into seven core areas: Microsoft 365 Consulting, Migrations, Modern Workplace, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Managed Services and Microsoft Licensing. Each area has a dedicated page and can be delivered independently or combined within a broader transformation program.
Choose the service by the outcome you need
A Microsoft project rarely belongs to a single product. That is why the service architecture separates the primary intent—consult, migrate, modernize, secure, build in Azure, operate or license—and then connects the workloads and technologies involved.
If the scope is not yet clear, Microsoft 365 Consulting is the entry point for assessment, architecture, governance and roadmap. If the requirement is already defined, go directly to Migrations, Modern Workplace, Cybersecurity, Azure, Managed Services or Licensing.
Microsoft services from strategy through operations
This is the primary MSAdvance service architecture. The seven areas answer different business and technical intents and link to dedicated pages covering scope, methodology, limitations, technologies and next steps.
Microsoft 365 Consulting
Assessment, architecture, governance, licensing, security, collaboration and roadmaps to decide how Microsoft 365 should evolve before changes are implemented.
Migrations
Migrations to Microsoft 365, between tenants and from other platforms with assessment, mapping, coexistence where applicable, cutover, validation and stabilization.
Collaboration · EndpointsModern Workplace
Implementation and evolution of collaboration, content, devices, identity, automation and employee experience across Microsoft 365.
Microsoft Cybersecurity
Protection for identities, endpoints, email, data and cloud services using Microsoft security technologies and a risk-based Zero Trust approach.
Cloud · PlatformMicrosoft Azure
Architecture, configuration, migration, governance, networking, security, resilience and cost optimization for Azure environments.
Managed Services
Ongoing administration, support, security, governance and optimization for Microsoft 365 and Azure after implementation.
Microsoft Licensing
Licensing procurement, review and optimization for Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot and related Microsoft services to align capability, usage and cost.
Dedicated pages for specific requirements
The core service areas organize the portfolio. When the requirement is more specific, these pages go deeper into a defined need without duplicating the parent hub.
Microsoft 365 Audit & Health Check
A structured review of tenant configuration, security, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Purview and Copilot readiness with findings and a prioritized roadmap.

Security assessment and architecture for Microsoft 365 and Azure covering Zero Trust, Entra, Defender, Sentinel, Purview and a prioritized security roadmap.

Microsoft Intune Professional Services
Implementation, migration and endpoint modernization with Windows Autopilot, MDM/MAM, compliance, applications, security and phased deployment.

Technical planning for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs and consolidations across Day One, identity, domains, coexistence and phased migration.

Migration is one of MSAdvance's deepest specialist areas. The correct method depends on the source platform, workloads, coexistence requirements, identity model, domains, data volume and target cutover window.
Three ways to work with MSAdvance depending on the phase and scope
The service architecture separates deciding what should change, executing the change and operating the resulting environment. A customer can engage one phase or combine several while keeping responsibilities and deliverables clear.

Microsoft 365 Consulting
Assessment, audit, architecture, governance, licensing, security and roadmap before changes are implemented.

Migrations, Modern Workplace, Azure and cybersecurity with defined scope, dependencies, milestones, validation and handover.

The exact activities vary by service, but the delivery model follows the same principle: understand the current environment, define the target and prove the approach before broad execution.
The platform behind our service areas
We work across the Microsoft technologies that connect productivity, identity, endpoints, security, collaboration and cloud infrastructure.

Specialist Microsoft delivery without generic promises
We prefer evidence, scope and validation to statements such as “zero downtime” or “100% data preserved”. Complex cloud projects have dependencies and limitations; our job is to identify them early, reduce avoidable risk and make the execution predictable.
Start with the problem, not the product
You do not need to know the technical solution in advance. Identify the outcome you need and use the route that best fits the situation.
Start with Microsoft 365 Consulting
If you know Microsoft 365 needs to improve but it is not yet clear what should change first, an assessment can review architecture, governance, security, licensing and priorities before execution.
Common questions about MSAdvance services
These answers are intentionally concise. Detailed scope, limits, prerequisites and pricing are defined on the individual service pages or during assessment.
What Microsoft services does MSAdvance provide?
MSAdvance organizes its portfolio into seven core areas: Microsoft 365 Consulting, Migrations, Modern Workplace, Microsoft Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Managed Services and Microsoft Licensing. Each area has a distinct primary intent, although several can be combined within the same project.
Can MSAdvance handle a complete Microsoft 365 migration?
Yes, where the source and target platforms are supported. A migration can include mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, identities, groups, domains and other objects depending on the scenario. The exact scope is confirmed after assessment.
Do you work with Microsoft 365 and Azure in the same project?
Yes. Many environments depend on both Microsoft 365 and Azure or Microsoft Entra ID. We can coordinate identity, networking, security, governance, workloads and operational dependencies within one project.
Do you use Microsoft-native tools or third-party migration platforms?
Both. We use Microsoft-native capabilities when they fit the scope and specialist tools such as Quest, AvePoint, Cloudiway, BitTitan or ShareGate where they provide technical or operational advantages. Tool selection is part of the design.
Can MSAdvance work with our existing IT team or another provider?
Yes. We can own an end-to-end scope or take responsibility for a defined technical workstream while the customer or other providers retain ownership of other areas.
Do you deliver projects outside Spain?
Yes. MSAdvance is based in Spain and uses a primarily remote delivery model for national and international Microsoft projects, including coordination across Europe and the Americas.
What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Consulting and Managed Services?
Microsoft 365 Consulting assesses, designs and prioritizes changes through architecture, governance and roadmaps. Managed Services focuses on ongoing administration, support, security, governance and optimization once the environment is operational.
Which service should we choose if the scope is not clear yet?
If there is a business or technical problem but it is not yet clear which technology or project should be addressed first, the recommended entry point is Microsoft 365 Consulting. If the objective is already defined—for example migration, Intune deployment, Azure architecture or security implementation—you can start directly with that specialist service.
Tell us what you need to achieve in Microsoft Cloud
You do not need to know the technical solution in advance. Share the current environment, approximate scale, workloads involved, the problem you want to solve and any target dates. We will identify the right service area, the information still required and the most appropriate next step.
