Microsoft 365 Copilot for businesses
We deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot with the technical preparation, use cases and guidance each team needs to make it part of their everyday work.

Copilot built around the work your teams do
Sales, finance and project teams use documents, meetings and applications in different ways. Deployment should start with those tasks: preparing a meeting, summarizing information, producing a first draft or finding a working document.
MSAdvance helps you choose worthwhile use cases and prepare Microsoft 365 to test them. We combine identity, permission and content reviews with practical sessions for each role. The pilot shows how useful Copilot is, how much review its output needs and what should change before you extend it to more users.
- Use cases selected with the owners of each business area.
- Permissions and information sources reviewed for the pilot.
- Practical training based on the team’s everyday tasks.
When we can help
Underused licenses
Your organization already has Copilot, but usage varies and teams need practical guidance or a clear way to assess the results.
Scattered content
Teams find different versions of a document, outdated information or sites without a clear owner.
Unclear permissions
Before extending Copilot, IT needs to review external access, group membership and the documents each user can retrieve.
Copilot consulting, deployment and adoption
Environment readiness
We review licensing, identity, applications and the requirements of the group that will use Copilot. We identify prerequisite work, its owners and dependencies on other Microsoft 365 services.
Permissions and content
We examine the sites, libraries and teams included in the project. We review owners, groups, sharing links and content relevant to the pilot, agreeing any changes before carrying them out.
Use cases by role
We work with business teams to select tasks, information sources and expected outcomes. Each use case has an owner and evaluation criteria, such as quality, review time, frequency of use or practical usefulness.
Controlled pilot
We prepare a representative user group and support them during testing. We record questions, access problems, responses that need review and any changes needed to documents or working practices.
Rollout and adoption
We organize onboarding for additional groups, communications and training. Sessions focus on each role and on how to review the output before using or sharing it.
Governance and ongoing management
We define ownership, usage monitoring and incident handling. We also identify maintenance needs, changes to information sources and potential agent development where included in the project.
Two questions we address before rollout
What information each person will find
Copilot uses the context and permissions available to the user. We therefore review access to the selected sources and the quality of their content: who maintains it, which documents are current and which links or permissions need attention.
Where the project requires labels, DLP or retention, we coordinate that work with Microsoft Purview. The proposal distinguishes the initial assessment from any content restructuring or protection work required.
What improvement you can measure
We evaluate the pilot against specific tasks. We record the output, preparation time and review effort that is still needed. This helps you decide where to extend adoption and where adjustments are required.
Training covers writing effective requests, choosing suitable sources and checking figures, references and commitments. Your team’s own results inform subsequent licensing and adoption decisions.
From preparation to everyday use

Scope, requirements and ongoing support
Can you help if we already have Copilot licenses?
Yes. We review how it is being used, the issues users encounter and the readiness of the environment. The work can focus on adoption, training, permissions or a pilot with a specific department.
Do we need to reorganize all of SharePoint first?
The assessment identifies the sites and documents needed for the pilot. We review access, ownership and content within that scope. If we find wider issues, we document them and propose the necessary work.
Do Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot need the same project?
The scope depends on the licenses, applications and information sources each group will use. During the initial assessment, we identify the available service and design testing and training around those capabilities.
Does deployment include training?
The proposal can include role-based sessions, practical exercises and support during the pilot. We agree the number of sessions and user groups so the training reflects how they work.
How do you measure the pilot’s results?
We agree the tasks and a baseline with the participating department. We then review usefulness, quality, usage and supervision effort. The findings include recommendations to extend, adjust or drop each use case.
Who manages the service afterwards?
We document responsibilities and administration guidance. Your team can take ownership or arrange ongoing support from MSAdvance. We agree the operating model when defining the project.
